Our team is well known for providing timely and useful technical support, webinars, and on-site training.
We can provide solutions to our clients’ complex problems rapidly because we innovate our support methodology as much as our engineering. Preview versions of upcoming releases have allowed us to respond to clients’ needs at unprecedented speed by delivering new features within the schedule of our clients’ projects. Over the years, this system enabled us to make a superior name for LARSA technical support. Our newest support system called “Features On Demand” allows us to provide new features without requiring LARSA 4D to be reinstalled, which has proven uesful in IT-supported environments. Combined with our regular technical support, users can have access to custom features within hours, or even minutes. We can also deliver preview versions using “LARSA Live”, a best of both worlds approach which allows users to run LARSA 4D off the Internet without installation. We will continue to develop these systems to shorten the distance between LARSA 4D users and the LARSA 4D development team.
